Terms & Conditions

Definitions

  • "The Company" — UK Vans 4 Less
  • "The Purchaser" — the individual in whose name the vehicle is placed in an order
  • "The Manufacturer" — the company responsible for producing the specific vehicle
  • "The Vehicle" — the motor vehicle specified in the order form
  • "The Order" — a finalised purchase order
  • "The Supplier" — the dealership or wholesaler responsible for providing the vehicle

Ratification

The order is initiated by the purchaser and is contingent upon approval and formal confirmation in writing by the company. The company retains the right to decline any offer, providing written notice and a full refund of any deposit paid.

Upon buying a vehicle from the company, the purchaser grants permission to be contacted by the vehicle's manufacturer or supplier for audit and delivery purposes.

Deposit

The purchaser is required to submit a £500.00 deposit to the company upon order confirmation, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Once paid, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please see the Order Cancellation section below for further details.

Changes to Pricing

The company holds the right to modify, adjust, or withdraw sales allowances and revise pricing in response to anticipated tariffs, taxes, or changes in manufacturer pricing. Written notification will be provided if pricing changes during a transaction, with refund options offered where appropriate. Prices listed on the website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer.

Payments

  • An initial deposit is required at the point of order placement.
  • The remaining balance is due approximately 48–72 hours before the vehicle's scheduled delivery.
  • The purchaser is responsible for ensuring cleared funds arrive in a timely manner.
  • If payment deadlines are missed, delivery may be cancelled or rescheduled. Any associated fees will be passed to the purchaser.

Order Cancellation

A £500.00 cancellation fee will be imposed if the purchaser cancels the order after placing it. If circumstances beyond the company's control prevent supply, the full deposit will be refunded. Should a manufacturer cancel production of the vehicle ordered, an alternative will be offered; if no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided.

Delivery

The company will make every effort to secure the delivery of the goods by the estimated date but does not guarantee the exact date. 'In-stock' vehicles typically require 10–14 days from order; a 4-week turnaround period is advised for commercial planning purposes unless confirmed otherwise.

Delivery estimates are sourced from manufacturers and the company is not liable for delays outside its control. Amendment fees may apply for post-contract address changes requested by the purchaser.

Vehicle Condition and Mileage

All vehicles are brand new. Some vehicles may be pre-registered by the supplying franchised dealership but will only carry delivery mileage. Website images are illustrative only and may not reflect the exact specification of the vehicle supplied.

Logbook (V5C)

In most circumstances the purchaser will receive the logbook directly from the DVLA after taking delivery. In some instances the logbook may be retained for a number of months after sale completion due to manufacturer or dealership processing timelines.

Servicing and Warranty

All vehicles are supplied through UK dealerships and carry full UK manufacturer warranty. The purchaser may take the vehicle to any garage using manufacturer genuine parts for servicing, or to any manufacturer dealership for warranty work.

Finance

UK Vans 4 Less is a credit broker, not a lender, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Ref. 1006608). Finance is available subject to status. Terms and conditions of individual finance products apply and are governed by the lender's own agreement.

General

  • Sales to limited companies are excluded from cooling-off periods under distance selling regulations.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
  • Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).
